What it means to opt out
Please bear in mind if you opt out via the process outlined above, you will no longer receive any prescreen offers for the time period you specify – including all types of loans (credit cards, personal loans, auto loans, mortgages, and HELOCs).
When your opt out takes effect
Please bear in mind that after opting out via the process outlined above, it may take three or more weeks for offers to stop.
This means that if you complete an application for a loan at or around the same time you opt out via the process outlined above, you may still receive pre-screened offers from other companies.
