Keeping your home loan insurance policy information current
How to update your policy information with us
Patelco has partnered with a company called Allied Solutions to help us ensure that our Hazard and Flood Insurance records for Home Loan holders remain current.
You may receive a letter from Patelco requesting a copy of your insurance policy. If you receive this letter, please make sure that you have adequate dwelling coverage, and that Patelco is listed as the loss payee on your account. In addition, please make sure your Home Loan insurance is equal to replacement value as determined by your insurance carrier.
Patelco Credit Union should be listed as the lien holder, PO Box 1707, Carmel, IN 46082.
You can update your insurance information by:
- Entering your information online at www.myinsuranceinfo.com. Please use control number 7100.
- Asking your agent to call 800.523.6404 and provide the necessary insurance information to an Allied Solutions representative.
- Mailing a copy of your insurance policy to Allied Solutions at PO Box 1707, Carmel, IN 46082
- Faxing a copy of your insurance to 800.713.0260
- Be sure your insurance policy includes your account number and suffix, the insured property address and/or unit number and your name as listed with your membership
